MISSION

The mission is how an institution defines why it exists and its purpose as an organization. It is the requirement to shape it as values, coexistence as being, or knowledge and the sense of belonging; it is like the goal to be achieved.

VISION

The vision is like the possibilities of what the institution can become. The mental image of the ideal end state is to have an adequate commitment to what is to be fulfilled in such an organization.

STRATEGY

The strategy is how the institution moves forward. It describes the significant axes or themes from which specific actions emerge, obtained through the vision and mission of the institution. It is the relationship between the mission and the invention in which the way to get the desired concept is sought through an assignment.

The goal is to encourage, motivate, stimulate, and mature students. Schools should find academic adjustments to the student's learning abilities. This project includes homework expectations and assessment procedures. Extracurricular activities (sports, drama, music, etc.) are essential, and the policy is to use them as an incentive to avoid denying student participation because of low grades. The athletic director and coaches will work with athletes who are struggling academically to formulate improvement plans, and only in extreme cases, for academic reasons, will students be required to.
