In this way, the mission allows the construction of strategies in accordance with the environment.

 

VISION

The vision can be formulated from the mission statement.

The vision describes an expectation about what the organization is expected to be or achieve in the future. Through the vision, the long-term goal or a desirable state is expressed and the ideal image to which one aspires is represented.

As goals are achieved, new ones are set, adapting the vision as necessary to reflect the change.

 

STRATEGY

The strategy is a procedure arranged for decision-making and/or to act against a certain scenario. This, seeking to achieve one or several previously defined objectives.

That is, the strategy is a plan through which it seeks to achieve a goal.

MISSION

Escuela Normal Superior De Urabá is an institution that trains trainers of an official nature whose primary task is the pedagogical, moral, ethical, social and intellectual promotion of students, especially those who have chosen teaching as a life project; channeling them towards an investigative perspective and healthy coexistence, based on the daily reconstruction of pedagogical knowledge as the founding axis of the training of teachers with critical, innovative capacity and committed to the development of their community.

 

VISION

The Escuela Normal Superior De Urabá will be established by the year 2024 as a leading institution in educational innovations at the local and regional level as a prospect of ethical, social and technological progress, raising the quality of life of the Urabá subregion.

 

STRATEGY:

The Institutional Pedagogical Model accounts for the type of person, society, culture, coexistence model, which the institution commits and in any of them the position of the educational institution regarding concepts such as knowledge, knowledge, pedagogy, didactics, methodology, science, technique, technology, evaluation, learning, roles, relationships, etc.
