seeking to achieve one or several previously defined objectives.

MISSION
Escuela Normal Superior De
Urabá is an institution that trains trainers of an official nature whose
primary task is the pedagogical, moral, ethical, social and intellectual
promotion of students, especially those who have chosen teaching as a life
project; channeling them towards an investigative perspective and healthy
coexistence, based on the daily reconstruction of pedagogical knowledge as the
founding axis of the training of teachers with critical, innovative capacity
and committed to the development of their community.
VISION
The Escuela Normal Superior De
Urabá will be established by the year 2024 as a leading institution in
educational innovations at the local and regional level as a prospect of
ethical, social and technological progress, raising the quality of life of the
Urabá subregion.
STRATEGY:
The Institutional Pedagogical
Model accounts for the type of person, society, culture, coexistence model,
which the institution commits and in any of them the position of the
educational institution regarding concepts such as knowledge, knowledge,
pedagogy, didactics, methodology, science, technique, technology, evaluation,
learning, roles, relationships, etc.
