I would describe the vision as the desirable state for the organisation. The direction to be taken by the institution. It is worth noting that it should be the embodiment of the leader’s view of what both excellence and the desired future are. Also, the vision enrols the inspirations and aspirations of the staff. This institution offers school services from pre-school all the way up to Upper secondary, with the aim to develop a scientific, technological, green, social and sport-centred culture; which will lead to them being competent individuals in the workforce.

VISION

By 2024, this institution will become a leader in formation and development of human growth processes, high standards of education and the embracing of ethical, political and moral principles.

STRATEGY

This institution aims to improve the current education models to make their students throughout all ages, people who are able to live in society by embracing the ethics and philosophy of the institution.
