MISSION:

The mission is focused on motivating each member of the community to give the maximum of their abilities, inspire them to feel useful with the knowledge already obtained over time, and that these themselves motivate them to be an active participant in all this transformative and operational process to achieve that common goal that is success for the entire educational community, driven by those good leaders who support it.

 VISION:

The vision of this model is focused on generating a significant change in the mentality of the group, where the efforts are visualized in a transformative way, both in practice and in theory. The vision of these institutions is aimed at being and knowing of individuals, recognizing their abilities and skills to put them at the service of the entire community and achieve that change.

 

STRATEGY:

The main strategy to be a transformative leader is to create a route plan that guides us to the proposed goal. It is important to follow these strategies:

• Learn and share what has been learnt, this with the aim of updating knowledge, allowing the mainstreaming of what we want to transform in the institution.

• Be the mirror of what you want to see in your work group so that the goals are visualized in a group and objective way.

• Motivate your team and foster confidence in your collaborators.

We will have a community entrenched in its fundamental values and guidelines, with bilingual students (English-Spanish) who investigate, create and learn by doing.

 

STRATEGY:

Characteristics of this education include the development of independence, confidence, social skills, self-directed concentration, and nurturing a love of learning. The transformative model is also taught with parents and the community in general, supporting the entire educational process in each one of its members, leading to educate and educating to be leaders.
